Birthday Cake Victory!

My friend's son turns 6 this week, so she and I set out to decorate a Scooby Doo cake. Neither of us had ever done anything like that so I was nervous...didn't want to let the little guy down on his birthday. I am happy to say that our first decorating endeavor turned out alright and now I'm excited to try my hand at some fun cupcakes. Here is our Scooby Doo cake!

Happy Birthday, Skinny Kitty!

My first cat, Paisley (aka :Skinny Kitty") who became my mom's cat when I left for college, turned 20 today! Holy cow....it doesn't seem like it's been that long. But except for being ridiculously skinny, he's in great shape. Here's to many more, litte man! :)
